Terms & Conditions

Please note that all Terms & Conditions will be outlined in the Client Agreement document which is sent to clients upon scheduling therapy.

We are based in England, UK and therefore governed by English law.

Our approach is non-judgemental, supportive and confidential*.

We do not offer in-person counselling.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £35.

Fees are to be paid via bank transfer within 24 hours of your session. Payment for your first session must be made within 24 hours prior.

Clients must be at least 18 years of age.

*In accordance with the BACP ethical guidelines, we are required to break confidentiality if clients disclose involvement in or knowledge of acts such as terrorism, money laundering or trafficking. Additionally, if clients share information that may indicate a risk of significant harm or abuse to themselves or others, we may need to take appropriate steps to contact relevant professionals to prioritise safety.
